Some games must be played with mouse and keyboard, others with your gamepad, and many of them with both. Don ́t worry, we will tell you which option are available, and games will specify how to play.

Can the game be paused? 

Each game has its menu to pause it. This way you don’t have to worry about losing progress.

What happens if my PC goes to standby or loses the network connection? Don’t worry, thanks to our technology, all your progress is automatically saved. It will be just a pause.

Yes, you can access from different devices (PC). Please note that only one session can be opened at a time, so close your game before switching devices.

How can I delete the account?

You can delete your account by writing a ticket through our technical support contact. Our technical assistance will take care of it.

Text is mentioning some technical details about ports that are not longer valid. This requirement was removed a few months ago, so most likely this FAQ was created before the change.

What internet connection do I need?

It is recommended that the computer or laptop be connected to WiFi, as it improves network performance and bandwidth availability. However, any network connection (ie Ethernet, WiFi, and 4G) is supported.

What bandwidth do I need?

It is recommended to have at least 20 Mbps available, although the bandwidth consumed on average is lower, to enjoy the best possible experience (FullHD @ 60FPS). If there are issues with bandwidth and it is suddenly lower, the image quality / resolution will be automatically managed by us to prioritize gameplay.

Can I play without an internet connection?

No. Internet connection is required.

Why am I experiencing crashes if I have good bandwidth?

Usually this happens when using a WiFi connection, especially when multiple devices are connected. In the case you cannot connect your PC to the Internet via cable, try to get closer to your router and/or switch off other devices connected to the same network. Whenever possible, we also recommend to close other apps when using the service. If problems continue, check if there is a firewall enabled that is hindering quality of your connection. If you have questions about these changes, contact our technical support.
